I say CM Punk!!!

Punk is the best heel. Miz is the heel that id like to see win a World Title.

I had to vote Punk! I love Jericho but the heat he gets is different from the CM Punk heat.

In the words of JR – PUNK WINS! PUNK WINS! PUNK WINS! This time last year no one had anything on Jericho but man Punk has come out of his shell.

I think Batista is doing a classic work right now… When he told John Cena “you can go out there and kiss babies and hug fat chicks all you want… that won’t win your world titles” … I almost died laughing and my wife (who is a fat chick) laughed with me on that one

I voted for Sheamus. I like heel monsters better than chicken-shit heels. Don’t get me wrong, Jericho and Punk are the all-around better performers, but I still went with Sheamus on this one.

Lots of great options but my vote is for The Miz. Punk settles into more of a routine. The Miz tries harder to male each promo unique and appropriate.

Look out for Jack Swagger, though. His heat on this week’s Smackdown was unbelievable.

Edge is clearly the best heel- best heel ever! Maybe second to piper.

Edge is far from a good heel as of right now.

I hope he can optain his heel heat soon, though.

I voted for Punk. Really, really like his gimmick and every time I see him on TV (I don’t watch Smackdown, so unfortunately I see the guy 6 to 8 times a year, tops.) I enjoy him more.

I went for Miz. No suprise the top 3 are Miz, Jericho and Punk, although I kinda wish they’d freshen up Y2J a little now. Not neccessarily a face turn but the grumpy old man thing is.. not stale yet, but it will be fairly soon.

Also special mention for Michelle McCool perhaps the best DIVA heel for a very long time, if not the best ever.

To me a heel is the guy you hate…i kinda like all these hell characters so this one was easy I HATE Michael Cole with Hornswoggle coming in second, and John Cena’s same old crap third. I’m kinda wondering how I would feel about Cena as a heel. I don’t like him because I think he’s super stale and I never got over the wigger/wannabe crap. I know he sells, but you know how some fans take to heels? I think if Cena went heel absolutely no one would like him He’ld be the ultimate. The haters would love it, and still hate and the kiddies would still utterly devastated and the women would continue to cream their pants cause really they only see the guy not the ass.

Punk when you can just get the crowd to HATE you and friends I know who liked him before who can’t get over that it’s an angle enough to not hate him I mean come on

Jericho…He can incite a riot. He can confidently and competantly do the intellectual superiority approach better than anyone in the biz today. His presentation in any setting is the finest. He has developed the “it” factor.

What truly separates him is that he can put anyone over while making you despise him. That is what separates him from C.M. Punk who is number 2 or 3 if you include TNA and Flair.

Jericho is so good that it is a pleasure to watch his work week after week, month after month, year after year, and now decade after decade.

The only reason people even notice the Miz is he has a little personality where most of todays wrestlers have none. Compared to the all time greats he is not even a blip on the radar. “I’m the Miz and I am awesome?” A four year old could think of something that clever. If the Miz is still relevant in 3 years, maybe you can start to discuss him.

You can include Jericho in a discussion with an all time great like Roddy Piper. Can you mention the Miz with Piper? Of course not. To suggest otherwise would be foolish.

I voted Punk but he and Jericho are neck and neck together. The thing that makes them both great heels are their mannerisms. Sure they are both fantastic on the mic, both are super talented in the ring but it’s the little things that matter the most. Punk’s overall disinterest when he was tagging with Darren Young on NXT a while back was classic. Jericho talking shit to the announcers, even him asking Kofi “Where’s the Boom Boom now?” during their match on Smackdown! was great! Miz is not on that level yet, so right now Punk and Jericho are in a class all of their own.

Oh and am I imagining this..but didn’t Punk one time go down on one knee extended his arms and let Gallows prop Mysterio on his shoulders so he could give him the GTS? A fantastic cocky spot that I wish he would do more of (or even at all if it hasn’t been done). Rant over.

Eh, what does that have to do with the current best heel in WWE? Who gives a shit if Miz hasn’t been in WWE over a decade and hasn’t done things everybody remembers him for? Or if he doesn’t have the overall package (the reason why John C is a little down on him) and doesn’t give ***+ matches?

What’s important when you talk about a good heel is the reaction that person gets from the crowd. Others thing too, but that’s the main thing. Vickie Guerrero isn’t even a wrestler and she’s easily one of the best heels WWE has. She should’ve been listed there.

I do kinda see where some arguements against this may come from. Miz and Vickie doesn’t work that much for the heel heat; they’re just getting it because people just hates them. Either way, they get the reaction they want.

I would call Vickie the number 3 heel in the company behind Jericho and Punk.

She learned well from Eddie who was a great heel in WCW. She does everything well. If she could only wrestle. Unfortunately she is physically ordinary like most of us.

What I like most about Vickie is the fact that she will go the extra mile. I loved the “Excuse Me” panties. It is attention to detail like this that separates an ordinary bad guy from a classic heel.

While Vickie will never be as great as Eddie, She does Eddie proud week in and out. For an ordinary woman to make it in the VKM WWE, you need to be extrodinary. The more I think about it, the more underappreciated Vickie really is.

Heck, her Excuse Me is relatively new compared to I’m Awesome, and it is just as over.

Went with CM Punk. A great heel knows how to play the crowd, and he has them in the palm of his hand.

Of course, if this was done one year ago, easily Jericho, but I’ll put him in second, followed by Miz and Batista.

This one was hard, but I choose Chris Jericho. Why? It might sound a stupid reason, but I like how he insults the crowd. He uses intelligent phrases and words a lot of the public probably never heard of. About the rest of the list, some are good but I think Maryse isn’t a heel just because to me a heel should get heat and they cheer on her when she does heelish stuff. I know she’s hot, but so was Trish and she would get tons of heat (used Trish as an example, because people tend to say how similar Maryse is to her).

Vickie should totally be on the list. I think that in a good day she easily gets as much or more heat than Punk or Jericho. However Simply Flawless are kinda ruining her character. She just isn’t that evil know. She acts like a kid, and that isn’t cool on her.
